Jackie qualified with a Batchelor in Science (BSc) in Occupational Therapy at Glasgow Caledonian University more than twenty years ago. She is certified in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. She has worked in the field of mental health and in physical/neurological rehabilitation environments. She has extensive experience in one-to-one and group work interventions.
Jackie believes that it is never too late to learn new skills. She knows only too well how important continuous professional development is to therapists, and this course would be ideal for that.
Jackie is passionate about all things creative. She wishes that this course was available when she was a health professional, as it would have provided invaluable theoretical knowledge, and a practical structure to helping people to positively move forward in their life.
